We have a development program working on the developmental needs of our volunteers in the animal welfare and life-skills field. Among other things we help with the following.

• Basics of public speaking (with opportunities to speak)
• Training for Animal Photography (with DSLR)
• Imparting managerial skills by delegating responsibility
• Promoting camaraderie and team-building for volunteers with regular volunteer meetings.
